Logs

Our system log everything and most of those logs can be found in the client area. Logs can be very helpful when troubleshooting issues or analyzing traffic for your WordPress sites. We provide all types of logs, including:

  • HTTP access Log
  • PHP Log
  • WAF Log
  • CloudScan Log

HTTP access logs

Access logs are located in logs directory inside your home location.

The current hour log is:

~/logs/access.log

The archive is located in:

~/logs/parsed/03-May-2017.access.log
~/logs/parsed/02-May-2017.access.log.lz4

An archive log name contains the date and may be compressed with lz4, actually last 7 days are uncompressed while older are compressed. We keep logs from last 90 days. To download your logs, use SFTP file manager.

PHP logs

To view the PHP logs, go to Site->Logs->PHP tab. The original logs files are located in logs directory inside your home location. Every PHP version has separated log e.g:

~/logs/php-5.6.log
~/logs/php-7.0.log
~/logs/php-7.1.log

WAF logs

To view Web Application Firewall logs, go to Site->Logs->Security tab. The original log file is located in logs directory inside your home location.

~/logs/server.log

CloudScan logs

To view CloudScan logs, go to Site->Logs->CloudScan tab.
